Definition:
In justice and law, house arrest is a measure by which a person is confined by the authorities to his or her residence. Travel is usually restricted, if allowed at all. House arrest is a lenient alternative to prison time or juvenile-detention time.
I've done this artwork, finally! And as a bonus to any readers out there, usually I don't attach my working piece, but you must understand why I find this piece worth the mention. I've attached the evolution. Oh my god, the sketch was horrible and down right ugly.
